Check out this video of Flotzam.
The video was created using Microsoft Silverlight and Microsoft Expression Media Encoder. You will need to install Silverlight in order to see the video, but don't be scared: it is only a couple of megabytes...

If this was a conventional flash embed, I would watch it. Usability FTW.

The video doesn't work for me in IE7 or Firefox. I did learn of Gravatar thanks to you though! So, thanks! Hopefully you'll get the video working soon! Good luck. Are you going to be making a widget for flotzam? I'm not exactly sure how it works yet, I need .NET 3 to run this.

For those without Silverlight, just download the source video in WMV format (you'll need Windows Media Player or VLC): msbluelight-0.agappdom.net/.../flotzam.wmv

I installed Silverlight, in both IE7 and FF2, and *STILL* can't watch the video. And yes, I rebooted both browsers, and then my computer, and then I gave up. Too bad...

Good thing this video is in Silverlight. I happened to install it on my machine because I plan to play around with it in the future at work. I never realized how unusable the typical flash encoded videos were until I double clicked on the movie and it automatically went to full screen like I expected.
