GINGERBOMB: Noun. Adjective. Verb. Everything. Anything. Lives on Capitol Hill. Works in Sodo. Loves to extrapolate, elaborate, contemplate and other things ending in “ate”.
Pacific Northwest born and raised, Gingerbomb is often the girl reading a book in a bar between sips of cheap beer and expensive whiskey. Or throwing the ball for her dog every 30 seconds for the rest of her life. Sometimes holed up in her apartment with the windows open, painting and blasting electro pop, indie, jazz, hip hop, NOISE. Mostly at work. When not doing that, covering shows for Flotzam, trying not to freak out because she’s totally starstuck – even for the smallest local bands. When not doing the above, she likes to partake in things that feel good, taste good and sound good.
LOVES: Live music, art, baseball, board games, bbq, people watching, shit talking, documentaries, pub trivia, tattoos, ferries, flasks, cheap beer, good whiskey, fall weather, pie, kissing, guitars, bacon and pancakes, Murakami, her dog, her boyfriend, her family, her friends, dive bars, camping, happy hour, mini golf, sandwiches, scrabble, burlesque, sleeping in, street food, Christmas lights, photo booths, nerdy glasses and much, much more. Also loves writing about music. And loves it when you read her writing. Keep reading – she’ll keep writing.
HATES: Olives.
